The following is a listing for a cad drafting job as an Construction Manager.

Mid sized South Chicago asphalt paving and general construction firm is in need of construction manager/estimator with 1-3 years of experience.

Applicants should have 1-3 years experience in estimating and managing commercial, industrial, and public works construction projects. Primary job duties will include scoping, estimating, bidding, and managing construction projects from inception to completion as well as new business development.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, construction managment, or civil engineering. Those will equivalent experience will also be considered. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter will excellent written and oral communication skills. The new hire will be given the opportunity to grow the business as well as manage many of the very important aspects of the existing business.

Bi-Lingual, Spanish-English, considered a plus.

The position will be based in south Chicago and serve the greater Chicagoland area. Compensation will include a base salary plus bonuses related to business development and growth.
